ST Engineering — AI Agent Booking Bot & Backend System

Architected an end-to-end digital concierge for ST Engineering's VIP showcase at the Singapore Airshow 2026. I developed this functional, 'touchable' prototype to serve as the interactive blueprint, aligning cross-functional stakeholders and validating the user experience prior to technical implementation. This directly accelerated the sales cycle and supported successful account closure by demonstrating product value in a real-world scenario.

e27 AI Workflow Competition Hackathon - Featured together with Top 5

Boldr: AI Customer Support Workflow & Knowledge Intelligence System

Designed and built a demo-ready AI workflow prototype for the e27 AI Workflow Competition, using Boldr’s watch e-commerce customer support journey as the use case. The solution was designed to fit around Boldr’s existing email and Google Drive workflow, so the team could continue working with their current support materials while AI handled the repetitive operational layer underneath.

The prototype drafts customer replies from existing product knowledge for staff to review, flags knowledge gaps instead of guessing, and turns resolved answers into reusable knowledge base updates. It also extends customer support data into marketing intelligence by analysing recurring ticket themes and external sentiment, helping the team identify customer demand, product feedback, and content opportunities with minimal adoption friction.

88 Owls — AI Negotiation Gameplan AI Agent Assistant + Dashboard

Architected a Knowledge-as-a-Service (KaaS) prototype for a specialist negotiation consultancy. The system uses RAG to transform dense, unstructured case documents into real-time negotiation advice delivered via WhatsApp, automating analysis against a proprietary knowledge base to standardise consultant outputs. This proof-of-concept directly secured account adoption and deployment.

Desiree Gem — AI Marketing Stack

Architected an end-to-end AI Marketing Operating System for Desiree Gems, unifying fragmented workflows into a single high-efficiency stack. Beyond automated visual content creation (raw-to-lifestyle jewellery assets), the system manages omnichannel campaign planning, localised promotions, and automated customer engagement. By digitising product storytelling and customer interaction logic, this prototype ensures a consistent luxury brand voice across every touchpoint while reducing manual operations.

I Love Taimei — LINE / WhatsApp AI Sales Agent

Collaborated with business development, design and engineering teams to develop a functional B2B Procurement AI for a multi-outlet F&B brand. I defined the end-to-end workflow to automate supply ordering and fulfilment via LINE and WhatsApp, covering everything from automated PO/invoice matching to real-time delivery tracking. By integrating the AI agent directly with existing ERP systems, this prototype eliminated manual coordination across outlets and provided centralised visibility into complex procurement operations.
